We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping is limited to the United States and Canada.
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain brown boxes via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or United Stated Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. Normal shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
When all items are in stock, we can often ship them out on the same day that the order is received. However, please allow 24-48 hours for processing, especially during busy holiday seasons.
We can also ship via UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day service if you would prefer expedited shipping. Even for this please allow 24 hours for processing. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you request Next Day delivery on a Thursday or Friday or Second Day delivery on a Wednesday or Thursday, you will normally receive your order on the following Monday or Tuesday, respectively. Some products may have separate specified shipping charges.
UPS 2nd Day: Add $10.00 (includes Alaska and Hawaii) (No Po Boxes)

UPS TRACKING
If your order is sent by UPS to a street address we can provide tracking information. You will need to supply us with an email address. UPS will send you an email with the tracking number and date shipped. This email comes from UPS and says nothing about what is in the package, only when you should expect to receive it. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military bases, these orders must be shipped via US Priority mail.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. 95% of orders can be filled promptly; however, backorders sometimes cannot be avoided and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Refused orders: On all refused orders the customer will be charged all freight charges.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return a defective item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Items that may be returned are defective battery-operated or electrical items. The defective item will be replaced with the exact same model if available. The credit is for the returned poducts only.
No credit is issued for shipping charges unless an incorrect item or items were shipped in error.
Note: We reserve the right to make substitutions of colors, scents or flavors on any product. This may occasionally occur due to backorders or discontinued items. We will only substitute if absolutely necessary.

Credit Card Option
For easy and secure online ordering simply fill in your credit card information at the time of checkout. Credit Card orders will receive the fastest service in terms of shipping time. Our server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security measures meaning that the information that you provide is code encrypted for security purposes. You can be assured that this is a safe and secure way to provide payment. Please Note: Your credit card will be charged by TGT, LLC. for your privacy.
Phone Option
You may also order by telephone. Call toll free 1-989-681-9054. At the time of check out simply select the telephone option which will allow you to print your order form that you will use as reference when you call.
Mail Option
You may also order by way of mail. Simply select the mail option at the time of check out which will allow you to print your order form. Send a copy of your order form along with a check or money order payable to TGT, LLC. Please Note: All checks must be cleared before items will be shipped. This will be done in a very timely manner.
